We collaborate with all potential individuals to build and plan care delivery and provision in the way that’s right for them. We ensure that all personal care tasks are carried out in a dignified, meaningful and person-centred way, suiting the needs and requirements of the individual or their advocates.

We offer a wide range of assistance with domestic support in client’s own homes. Whether that just be light domestic duties such as hoovering or sweeping, or heavier duties such as managing all laundry and ironing, bed changing and deep cleans, we can assist in any possible way.

We offer support with shopping, appointments and accessing local communities. Whether that be a food shop at your local supermarket, or a trip to the garden centre, cafés or for a brew, we can implement this care provision where wanted. This includes booked respite calls if required.

Companionship can be equally as important as personal care and nutrition. Care provision can be planned and implemented in any way a client would like, so even if that is just for a brew and a natter, that can be arranged through what we like to call ‘welfare visits’.

We offer care and support for dementia clients, and all associated mental health conditions. We ensure that individuals with dementia using our service have access to support, and champion safe and informed risk-taking, encouraging them to live their lives freely and without constraint, as much as possible, keeping them safe and maintaining high levels of independent living.

We offer care and support for those with physical disabilities, both observable and hidden. We offer nurse-led training to our staffing for a wide range of care needs including physical disability with equipment, hearing or sight impairments, acquired brain injury, strokes and palliative care.
